Why do your services cost more than other entertainment vendors?

 As you may have witnessed from our pictures and videos, we are not a typical entertainment vendor. Grand Artistry Productions services are designed to add visual beauty and increased guest engagement to an event's atmosphere, in addition to the performance. All services incorporate: grand wardrobe designs, stagecraft decor, props, and guest-friendly performers that create a total breathtaking visual and interactive experience for your guests. We handle all of the logistics and management, including the onsite management of talent, providing the white glove of entertainment services. We are a 5-star rated company on Google and wedding platforms, due to client satisfaction in our exceptional customer service and unique performance presentations. We offer the highest of quality in entertainment services and work with close attention to detail and an extra level of planning and care to ensure client satisfaction.

How far in advance can I book the entertainment for my event?

There is no restriction on how far in advance we accept bookings. There is a 50% deposit collected to book entertainment services and secure the event entertainment with us. 

Do you offer onsite-management for the booked services?

Yes,  all booked services include the onsite management of entertainment so that we run on time and deliver the highest of standards. We handle artist casting, contracts, wardrobe fittings, sound checks, rehearsals, insurance requests, artist travel, and coordination of performance segments with your event planner or host. Our goal is to provide a seamless execution of entertainment services so you don't worry about the details during the event.

What happens if I book services and my event is postponed or cancelled?

For both an event postponement or cancellation the collected deposit is retained. If your event is postponed and we are available for the new date, your deposit will be applied to the new date. If we are not available for the new date and/or your event is cancelled, we retain the security deposit to cover labor, and materials costs associated with event preparations.
